Vacuum nose
Direct connection of the electric spindle to the screw. A simple application for cases where the operator can manually load screws, but adherence to a screwing strategy and torque evaluation is required.
Thanks to the vacuum screw holder, magnetization of the part is avoided, and any dirt is sucked away and captured in a filter.
Principle of function
The screwdriver is mounted on the reaction arm and the operator manually inserts the screw onto the vacuum nose before screwing.
The operator can remove the screw from the box or picking station. In the case of the picking station, the screws can be counted, measured and cleaned from dust.
