We are a machine manufacturer and we could probably build the Tray Feeder ourselves. Is it worth buying it from JHV?

We have invested thousands of development hours in the development of JHV feeders to find a solution that is simple, reliable and easy to service.

As the JHV solution involves the production of larger batches of feeders, we have also paid close attention to details that are not normally available in the construction of the machine.

Producing a larger number and using a manufacturing and assembly concept that is elegantly simple, the resulting cost is lower than if the integrator builds the feeder himself. At the same time, you get a proven and detailed product that you won't have to worry about when bringing the machine back to life.

What is the interface between the production line and the Tray Feeder?

Tray Feeder has its own switchboard, PLC, HMI and valve terminal. So just connect the power supply, compressed air and communication with the line's PLC and the Tray Feeder is ready for use.

Is it also possible to add non-standard elements?

Of course it is. Customized solutions are an integral part of the JHV philosophy. At the same time, these customizations in the case of JHV do not catapult the price of the system to astronomical heights as is the case with some competing companies.
