Tray Feeder S

Thanks to its compact dimensions and very fast cycle time, Tray Feed S is the system that finds application in a number of industries. It is a modular system where you can configure a number of features, such as blister size or pick height.

The final configuration can be supplemented with accessories from the range according to the requirements of the individual project and customer.

Principle of function

The operator loads full blisters into the upper part of the feeder, and empty blisters are returned to the lower part of the conveyor. Thanks to a unique two-step blister replacement solution, we are able to supply the machines continuously at a rate of 3 seconds.

Flawless removal positioning is ensured by a servo manipulator and by holding only one blister at a time.

Plug and Play

A system with its own PLC, HMI and pneumatic terminal. To start the system, simply connect the power supply and compressed air, and begin issuing commands to the feeder via the industrial communication network.

The system can be expanded to include a SCARA robot and a camera for feeding parts into the line, allowing you to fully customise it to suit your project
