Plug and Play
The system features its own PLC, HMI, and pneumatic terminal. To start the system, simply connect power, compressed air, and control the feeder via industrial communication. Integration is as simple as can be.
The duration of autonomous operation is up to you
The number of stacks in stock and their height is selectable and the JHV concept makes it easy to extend the system and thus increase the stock time.
Different methods of loading
Blisters can be loaded manually onto the conveyor or delivered on a transport cart. Each TrayFeeder can also be upgraded, now or in the future, with a module for supply by a mobile logistics robot.
A system tailored to your project
The system can be equipped with ESD components, an ergonomic lift, a SCARA robot, and a camera for precise line loading. This allows you to fully customize it to meet the specific needs of your project.
