Special feeders

Principle of function

The video shows a feeder solution for screws that have a head diameter greater than the shank length and therefore cannot be transported through feed hose.

In this solution, the feeder is placed directly in the station and the screwdriver picks up the screws directly from the separator. It is therefore a reliable solution even for screws that are not very suitable for automatic feeding. With right station layout, very short cycle times around three seconds can be achieved.
