Screwdriver with JHV spindle

This system is ideal for mounting on a robotic arm or manipulator and is particularly suitable for applications that do not require complex screwdriving strategies. It works reliably even when the screw head is located close to the edge, inside a hole, or when a screwdriving mask is used. Thanks to its robust design, it can handle high axial loads. The pressure force, for example in the application for self-tapping screws in sheet metal, reaches 35 kg and the screwing time is less than 3 seconds.

The high quality abrasion resistant finish ensures a long service life without service maintenance. If an accident does occur during operation, the customer will appreciate the tool-free bit change option.

Principle of function

The system is designed for combination with an automatic step feeder or vibrating bowl screw feeder. The screw is fed into screwdriving head using a feed hose. From there, the screw is  transported on a vacuum tube to the screwdriving point. It is then tightened to the exact torque with a screwdriving bit.
