Manual screwdriver with collets and vacuum tube
An ergonomic solution for situations where the operator doesn’t have time for manual screw loading or when fast screwdriving cycles are required. Automatic screw feeding frees up the operator's other hand for additional tasks. Thanks to the vacuum tube, this solution is also ideal for screwdriving in hard-to-reach places. The screwdriver can be customized for nuts and specialized components.
Principle of function
The screwdriver is mounted on a reaction arm that compensates for its weight and captures the screwdriving torque.
A screw is fired from the automatic screw feeder at the push of a button and the screwdriving process is started when the button is pressed again. It is possible to screw around obstacles up to a height of 50 mm, possibly with a screwdriving mask.
