Yes, service is one of the most important factors for a satisfied customer. For this reason, we have built a service team to provide comprehensive service support to our customers including the supply of spare parts.
Yes, according to the customer’s wishes we can prepare the machines so that they typically communicate with the production lines or with the robot via Profinet. We are also able to provide all important production data for monitoring the production process.
