Tray Feeder L

For applications with requirements for larger stock sizes and tray dimensions, a solution with stacks in two rows and a removal position in the middle is optimal. Final configuration can be completed from a wide range of accessories according to individual project and customer requirements.

Principle of function

On one side, the operator places the full stacks, in the middle there is a picking station for the robot and on the other side the operator collects the processed blisters. The stock size is variable and the system can operate with several stacks in a row.

Thanks to the high stack option (up to 900 mm) and the possibility to place several stacks behind each other, the FeedL solution is suitable for all applications where long buffer times are required.

The number of stacks in stock and their height is selectable and the JHV concept makes it easy to extend the system and thus increase the stock time.

Different methods of loading

Blisters can be loaded manually onto the conveyor or delivered on a transport cart. Each TrayFeeder can also be upgraded, now or in the future, with a module for supply by a mobile logistics robot.
