These technologies enable real-time machine health monitoring, predictive maintenance, process optimisation and reduced downtime, leading to higher productivity and efficiency.

OUR STANDARDS
MES / SCADA
We create machines that can be adapted to any customer's Industrial Manufacturing Execution System / Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition solution.
Traceability
Our machines include production tracking and traceability of individual parts, simplified analysis of production processes, traceability of all production data and backup.
Software
We always create ease of use across all machines, easy program maintenance and code analysis. The goal is always to be able to apply sequence changes quickly and have the same structure throughout the program.
MAINWARE
A comprehensive digital platform that takes the boundaries of Industry 4.0 to a new level. Machines and lines equipped with the MAINWARE solution enable fast and efficient implementation by the integrator, as well as ergonomic and clear use by the user throughout the lifetime of the machine.
3D documentation
We create documentation for the machine based on the displayed 3D data of the mechanical part using linked 2D drawings, as well as for the electrical schematics of the EPLAN platform.
Data collection
Continuous data collection of all important process and process operations of all workstations and clear display via web browser is the basis for ergonomic use of the machine.
Maintenance plan
An interactive maintenance plan and simple graphical or video instructions for regular maintenance of a complex machine are the only way to keep the machine running at high OEE in the long term.
Video monitoring
Machine downtime and error conditions are time-stamped and linked to the video recordings produced by the installed camera system as a fixed part of the Mainware solution.
