Hi
I'm a mechanical engineer who enjoys machines and automation, and it gives me joy when I conquer a challenge, and usually applied physics works. Lots of nice things have their first beginnings on paper at the desk, then later in the shop floor and on the shop floor. I like to be around people, and not just at work, which is why you can find me, for example, in a club with children, in nature, in non-traditional sports. I'm up for any fun that brings joy to everyone else.
In the company I like to work on projects and technical solutions. And it gives me great pleasure to have a lot of very clever and smart people around me. At JHV, I have always been fascinated by what we can come up with together, how we can support each other and find our way through even difficult tasks in a friendly environment.

It always depends on the position one holds. Design engineers work on machine designs in CREO, collaborating with the team and fine-tuning the details of projects. Their work is full of challenges and demanding tasks. Assemblers work on the actual assembly of the lines. They solve technical details and find the most efficient solutions on site. But whether you're in the office or on the shop floor, working at JHV is always varied and full of opportunities for learning and professional growth.
At JHV we have our own canteen, where our lunches are delivered by Ježko's boxes. You can choose from four types of breakfast and seven types of lunch. And if you don't happen to choose, we also have equipped kitchens for our own lunches.
JHV is easy to get into. We are located in a quiet part of Pardubice with good transport accessibility. Choose the mode of transport that suits you best:

- Public transport: the nearest bus stop is "Rosice, Nádražní", from where it is a 15 minutes walk to us.
- By bike: upon arrival, park your bike in the prepared parking space and take a shower.
- By car: there are always plenty of parking spaces.

The selection process is all about meeting in person. You will meet with our HR manager and the head of the department right here in Pardubice. We will get to know your professional qualifications, compare our mutual ideas about possible cooperation and see if we are a good fit. We will show you around the company to see our working environment and company culture. At the end, we'll exchange insights and agree on the way forward.
If your position allows it and it is possible, you can use flexible working hours and work from home (home office). We support family life, flexibility is a matter of course.
